Some Humor for Targeted Individuals

We all could use a laugh once in a while

If you don't pay your exorcist you get repossessed.

She got fired from the hot dog stand for putting her hair in a bun.

The dead batteries were given out free of charge.

John Deere's manure spreader is the only equipment the company won't stand behind.

Pencils could be made with erasers at both ends but what would be the point?

I was arrested after my therapist suggested I take something for my kleptomania.

Drive Safely Targeted Individuals

I realized that in worrying about the stalkers we allow ourselves to get distracted. So, we might be outraged at the precarious positions our stalkers put us in, we then don't drive like we should. So, don't fall into this trap targets. Stay safe!

Parents and Targets Take Heed - Warning About Pictures Taken With Smart Phones

So, I don't have a smart phone yet because of the whole GPS and not being able to easily turn it off. However, there is a simple solution to turning off the GPS locator on pictures you post on the internet. I guess this story has been around for a while, but it is the first I heard of it. The following is from Urban Legends:
Smartphone Pictures Pose Privacy Risks?
Analysis: There's nothing particularly new in this warning — in fact, the news video cited in the post aired in 2010 — and it's a bit overblown, but the info is accurate enough to be worth heeding.
Most smartphone users are probably aware that their devices use GPS location services to power maps, driving directions, phone locators, and other handy apps, but not everyone is aware that the same technology may pose a risk to their safety and privacy by recording precise geographical information in the photos they take (the feature is called "geotagging"). The risk arises when the photos are shared.
When you publicly share a geotagged photo via the Web or social media, the embedded data may, depending on the platform, be accessible to anyone with the proper software to extract it (some services, e.g. Facebook and Twitter, automatically delete location data from uploaded images; others don't). The software is easy to use, readily available, and in many instances free of charge. It's a simple matter to take the geographical coordinates of the location where the photo was shot — your own backyard, for example — convert them into map form, and voila: a total stranger knows your exact address.
Fortunately, it's also a simple matter — and advisable if you plan on sharing your photos publicly — to disable the geotagging feature in your smartphone camera. See the resources below for specific instructions applicable to the most common devices.
(Note: Unlike Facebook and Twitter, Google+ doesn't automatically remove location data from uploaded photos, but does offer users the option of hiding it. Instagram also makes displaying geotagged images, or not, optiona

Targeted Individuals........Advice From Another Target Regarding Journaling Business Information

I think I mentioned this briefly yesterday, but more as an aside. This advice I cannot take credit for. Writing down information regarding company vehicles can help. I find this works as a strategy for me to feel in control. The brighting has gone from full headlights or parking lights to just parking lights. I KNOW that newer cars have running lights that are on all the time. Taking that into account, the number of cars with parking lights/running lights on is pretty high. I got a break for some reason on Saturday. I was wondering if there was a Gang Stalker, Group Stalker, Cause Stalker, Community Stalker, Vigilante Stalker convention
:-)     . Have to get my list of names in there.

I write down the day, time, street and cross street and direction the vehicle is going if they have lights on. Sometimes I'll be staring and the owner looks a bit puzzled. Oh, THAT is a regular person. I'm keeping a list in case at some point I can say, "Hey, there seems to be a problem and you might not be involved, but here is some information you might be interested in.......because people who have the intent to cause discomfort are harassing or stalking. Hear THAT. Hopefully there will be laws written to address the stalking we Targeted Individuals call Gang Stalking, etc. I wrote another post about tweaking the current law to cover this insidious crime.

Keep Calm and Carry On..........for Targeted Individuals......Stalkers: GO AWAY

One person made a comment about Keep Calm and Carry On..........a little book I have by Evelyn Beilenson. I decided to quote this book, particularly when I don't have a lot to say about the stalkers - all of whom are delusional. Right, TIs?
Keep Calm: "When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it."     Henry Ford
Well ---- I have noticed that some people driving their business vehicles appear a little edgy when I write down the business name. Two kids were in one business vehicle. Hmmmmm, one way to get more businesses out there, eh? Stupid. By kids I mean older teens/early 20s...............hey, to me anyone up to 25 these days looks like a kid. Is the kid even covered under the insurance? Stupid having "kids" involved at all. Stupid to have anyone doing Vigilante Stalking.........but kids' brains are still evolving and they do stupid things............like roar off or drive fast. Someone is going to get hurt. In fact I think I said this before. I'm sure more than innocent targets have been hurt. I bet "regulars" have been hurt too. Regulars are the regular people.
Now, I will see if I can get back into my Yahoo groups on stalking. i think I was locked out for disagreeing with the person in charge................she questions the validity of everything................sounds like a perp/stalker to me.

California Stalking Law ---- Let's Just Tweak it to Specify All Activities by Group Stalkers, Vigilante Stalkers, Gang Stalkers or Whatever!

From          http://www.stalkingalert.com/pc646.9statutes.htm#_California_Penal_Code_Section_646.9
We have the main anti stalking law from California. It is supposed to be one of the strongest state anti stalking laws. I have eliminated sections that talk about restraining orders and such.

The "two or more acts" is where the law is weak when it pertains to group stalking. However, would receiving a text regarding the targeted individual and then driving where one might meet up with the target considered two acts or one? Cyberstalking.................. The way to tweak this law is have it pertain to receiving information regarding a target and then acting upon the information..................with the intent to cause discomfort to the person EVEN if one doesn't come close to the target. Driving through the town where the target lives just in case one comes across the target shows INTENT to cause the target discomfort. Right?

A threat implied by a pattern of conflict. Aha! Get this to apply to Gangstalking by including receiving information regarding what the victim is threatened by AND then carrying it out. This would need to  include coming close to the target only one time. The INTENT by the group may be able to count as one act of harassment and then the stalker carrying out the intended threat should count as the second act. What do you think?

 California Penal Code Section 646.9
646.9 Stalking
(a) Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows or willfully and maliciously harasses another person and who makes a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of his or her immediate family is guilty of the crime of stalking, punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year, or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment, or by imprisonment in the state prison
.
(b) Restraining order section

(c) (1) If someone commits a felony too

(2) Sentencing if a person has committed a felony
(d) If sex offender applies

(e) For the purposes of this section, "harasses" means engages in a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person that seriously alarms, annoys, torments, or terrorizes the person, and that serves no legitimate purpose.

(f) For the purposes of this section, "course of conduct" means two or more acts occurring over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose. Constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of "course of conduct."

(g) For the purposes of this section, "credible threat" means a verbal or written threat, including that performed through the use of an electronic communication device, or a threat implied by a pattern of conduct or a combination of verbal, written, or electronically communicated statements and conduct, made with the intent to place the person that is the target of the threat in reasonable fear for his or her safety or the safety of his or her family, and made with the apparent ability to carry out the threat so as to cause the person who is the target of the threat to reasonably fear for his or her safety or the safety of his or her family. It is not necessary to prove that the defendant had the intent to actually carry out the threat. The present incarceration of a person making the threat shall not be a bar to prosecution under this section. Constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of "credible threat."
(h) For purposes of this section, the term "electronic communication device" includes, but is not limited to, telephones, cellular phones, computers, video recorders, fax machines, or pagers. "Electronic communication" has the same meaning as the term defined in Subsection 12 of Section 2510 of Title 18 of the United States Code.
(i)  labor picketing.
(j) If probation is granted, .
(k) (1) Restraining order up to 10 years

(2)  This protective order may be issued by the court whether the defendant is sentenced to state prison, county jail, or if imposition of sentence is suspended and the defendant is placed on probation.
(l) For purposes of this section, "immediate family" means any spouse, parent, child, any person related by consanguinity or affinity within the second degree, or any other person who regularly resides in the household, or who, within the prior six months, regularly resided in the household.

(m) "I think this applies if the stalker has mental health issues - Sherlock"

The court shall consider whether the defendant would benefit from treatment pursuant to Section 2684. If it is determined to be appropriate, the court shall recommend that the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation make a certification as provided in Section 2684. Upon the certification, the defendant shall be evaluated and transferred to the appropriate hospital for treatment pursuant to Section 2684.

Civil Rights Conspiracy Statute - Cause Stalkers, Group Stalkers, Vigilante Stalkers, Community Stalkers ARE Breaking the Law

The above site is from the U.S. Department of Justice. Hmmmmm - note the term intimidate. Group Stalking, Cause Stalking, Vigilante Stalking, Gang Stalking or whatever you call it, is intended to intimidate. Also, two or more people constitute a group. The stalkers certainly agree to intimidate, So, according to the Department of Justice:

CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS

Summary:

Section 241 of Title 18 is the civil rights conspiracy statute. Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree together to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the Unites States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same). Unlike most conspiracy statutes, Section 241 does not require that one of the conspirators commit an overt act prior to the conspiracy becoming a crime.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;...They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death

I wanted to know what a code is. I believe it is a term used to help organize laws.
